1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how ANX LLC, doing business as AlphaNetx (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tracking technologies on www.alphanetx.com (the “Site”) and in connection with our digital marketing, advertising, website development, hosting, chatbot, CRM, and support services.

It forms part of our Privacy Policy and applies globally. We comply with Israel’s Privacy Protection Law (PPL), 5741-1981 (including Amendment No. 13), U.S. federal standards under the FTC Act and CAN-SPAM, and international best practices. Where laws differ, we apply the stricter standard.

2. What Are Cookies and Tracking Technologies?

  1. Cookies: Small text files stored on your browser or device.
  2. Pixels (web beacons): Tiny invisible images that send data when loaded.

Your choice is saved for 12 months via a first-party cookie (cookie_consent). You may change preferences anytime via the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer.
